Project Manager

Responsibilities

Taking the lead in managing tasks and issues
Communicating with clients for the delivery of features and uphold good client relations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
Assigning tasks/issues to relevant team members
Planning schedules and producing timelines
Monitor and manage the man-hour budget
Creating project plans for new features and/or large projects.
Track, monitor and communicate the progress of ongoing work and project issues to the client and to our internal teams & management

Requirements

Minimum 2 years project management experience
Prior experience in managing software / IT projects
Understanding of the Software Development Cycle
Able to think ahead of what the client needs and manage their expectations
Proficient in resource management
An excellent communicator
A well organized “Go-Getter” with the ability to prioritize and follow through tasks to completion
Proactive and not afraid to voice out concerns
Fluent in English - verbal and written

Responsibilities

Design and build features of a large web application
Write clean, maintainable and testable code
Investigating and resolving technical issues
A feature owner - Provide input on feature estimates and planning
Collaborating with the team and clients to collect and analyse feature requirements

Requirements

Developed applications using Java
Experience in the Spring Framework
Knowledge and experience with MySQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
Experience with test-driven development
Experience in building the web frontend with JavaScript / HTML / CSS
Experience with JQuery

Responsibilities

Design and implement the CI/CD pipeline and implement automated build and test solutions
Maintain daily operations and documentation of multiple infrastructure systems
Build tools for monitoring the health and availability, security, efficiency, and scalability of systems
Continuously improve and update systems security best practices and alert systems
Work with project teams to deliver solutions onto cloud infrastructure services

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience
Experience with DevOps techniques, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
Experience working with one or more cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
Familiarity with one or more configuration management frameworks (Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
Knowledge in Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration technologies are preferred.
Networking experience in areas of Virtual Private Networks (VPC’s), subnet routing, firewall rules, DNS
Strong knowledge with Linux

Requirements

Proficiency in Design Software like Adobe CS and Sketch.
4-6 years UX experience.
3+ years in user research, interaction design, information architecture and visual design.
Proven ability to lead a UX projects either independently or as part of a larger team.

Responsibilities

Perform Data Exploration & Analysis to reveal insights by analyzing large scale data (terabyte).
Coaching juniors to help evaluate and prepare Datasets for use and analysis (cleaning, preprocessing, verifying integrity etc).
Build predictive models using the latest and greatest machine learning/deep learning algorithms for binary and multiple classification tasks, clustering for customer segmentation information.
Validate Models and prepare deployment with engineering team for production use.
Apply Data Visualisation and presentation techniques to clearly convey the insights and relationships hidden in the datasets.

Requirements

3-5 years industry experience in Computer Science and Statistics or Data Science.
Advanced knowledge of statistics utilizing statistical programming languages (Python, Pandas, Seaborn, Scikitlearn etc).
Data Mining & Machine Learning experience.
Experience with measuring and maintaining data quality.
Experience with Hadoop.
Proficient working with both SQL & NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Preferable experience working with Natural Language Processing.
